Community Connection
Besides providing realtors, builders and borrowers with exceptional products and services, we provide a way for them to contribute to their preferred charitable organizations. We will donate $100.00, in the name of the borrower, and realtor/builder, to the charity of their choice. The donation will be made once the loan is closed and funded. All non-profit and not-for-profit groups that have current 501(c) (3) statuses are eligible. These groups can be local, national, or international and can include youth, school, education, health, environmental and animal programs. The homeowner must request the donation and designate their charity of choice prior to the loan closing and funding.
